Proposed Development
1.The dwelling is to be increased in height and consequently altered from a storey and a half style dwelling to a full two storey dwelling. The single storey wing to the front of the dwelling is to be increased in height, to a full two storey wing 2. The floor area of the upper storey is to be increased to include an additional bedroom, two en-suites, a study/office, walk in wardrobe, storage and ancillary areas. 3. There will be significant internal alterations to the layout of the first floor plan and minor internal alterations to the layout of the ground floor plan. 4. There will be significant alterations to the exterior elevations namely the front, rear and side elevations of the dwelling 5. Due to the increased design population of the dwelling, an additional 18 linear meters of percolation trench is to be provided for the existing wastewater treatment system. Note: the septic tank condition and size is adequate and consequently is to be retained in place. 6. Landscaping of the site consisting of hard landscaping areas, parking areas, planting beds, trees, shrubbery and grass areas and all associated site works. Retention Permission is also sought for the location of the site entrance as constructed. The site entrance was granted planning permission under planning reference number 04511872 in a different location
