(7) The development will also include a new vehicular access from the Longford Road. The new access will facilitate an internal bus drop-off and pick-up route. Access and parking arrangements include the provision of 92 no. car parking spaces, incorporating 5 no. disabled parking spaces, 3 no. minibus parking bays and 11 no. bicycle parking spaces. (8) To allow for all for the proposed new build, extension and refurbishment works to be carried out while the school remains operational, permission is also sought for temporary school accommodation, comprising 40 no. classrooms & ancillary accommodation, temporary set down and parking arrangements (9) New foul, water and drainage system, boundary treatment and all other site & development works.
