10-year planning permission for the development of a solar farm consisting of approximately 37,268.29m2 of solar panels mount on ground-mounted framed, 24 no. electrical inverters, 1no. electrical transformer unit, security fencing, landscaping, underground cabling crossing through the L7694 public road extending into private land and all associated ancillary development works. The project represents an extension to the solar farm permitted under cork county council planning references 18/6769, 19/5729, 19/6882 and 21/4050. The solar farm will have an operational lifespan of 35 years. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
