RED III: The erection of 4 no Vestas V47 wind turbines (45.00m tower height, 69.85m tip height), the construction of 4 no 23.00 sq m electrical sub-stations / control buildings, the construction of 1 no. 70.00 sq. m storage building, site access tracks, hard standing areas, and associated ancillary works. The development is covered by the provision of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive (EU) 2023/2413) and it is important to note that the planning application may be subject to section 34D of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended. When a notice issues in accordance with section 34D(b), the provision of article 26A of the Planning and Development Regulation 2001 to 2025 shall apply.
