a 10 year planning permission for a Large-scale Residential Development (LRD) that will consist of: A) 403 no. apartments in 5 no. blocks (Block A containing 78 no. units, Block B containing 92 no. units, Block C containing 88 no. units, Block D containing 83 no. units, and Block E containing 62 no. units) ranging from 5 to 8 storeys, comprising 246 no. 1-bed units and 157 no. 2 bed units; B) 2 no. single storey bicycle and bin storage blocks, a single storey pump station building, and an electrical substation building; C) A c. 306sq.m creche at lower-ground floor level in Block B; D) A 5-storey, c. 3082sq.m medical centre building; E) Car parking and bicycle parking spaces; F) Site access via a new left-in, left-out access at the Dublin Road (R445) and an access from the existing Parkway Retail Park roundabout; G) c. 2.09ha of communal and public open space; H) Solar panels on roofs of all apartment blocks and on medical centre; I) all associated landscaping, public lighting, pedestrian / cycle connections to the surrounding road network and site boundaries; water supply, foul and surface water drainage arrangements; utility connections; and all associated site development works; all on a site of approx. 6.18ha. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) and Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) have been prepared to accompany this application
