We, ART Generation Limited, give notice of our intention to apply for permission for a renewable energy project in the townlands of Tonregee and Levallyroe, Ballyhaunis, County Mayo. The proposed development will consist of: • Construction of a single wind turbine with an overall ground to blade tip height of 156.5m, comprising rotor diameters of 133m and a hub height of 90m. • Construction of a permanent crane hardstand area and temporary laydown/storage area and turbine foundation. • Upgrade of existing access tracks and construction of new permanent site access tracks. • Development of a site drainage network including sediment control systems. • Construction of a permanent on-site 20kV on-site electrical substation, all associated electrical plant and equipment, security fencing and gates, all associated underground cabling and all ancillary structures and works. • All associated underground electrical and communications cabling connecting the wind turbine to the on-site substation. • Temporary construction compound and temporary site works. • Site signage, landscaping and all ancillary development.
