Development also includes ancillary aircraft storage area, new vehicular access onto the existing adjacent local access road, staff and visitor parking, secure bicycle stands, screened plant areas and refuse store, photovoltaic array at roof level, a single storey substation and electrical switch room, signage and wayfinding, HGV delivery/collection facilities and services yard with associated parking areas, site landscaping, all associated site works and services.
