the development will consist of the construction of approximately 3.9km of below ground potable water mains (450mm diameter) between Liscarton Water Treatment Plant and Proudstown Reservoir, associated below ground valves, associated swab chambers and a surge vessel, a 380kW solar array comprising 1,875m2 photovoltaic panels on ground mounted frames, and all associated ancillary development works. A Natura Impact Statment (NIS) accompanies this planning application.
