Retention permission sought for alterations to previously approved grant of planning Reg Ref: SD19A/0061 to include replacing of approved internal garden wall, side passageway and detached shed on right hand side with new single storey pitched roof attached garage, with increased floor area of 16.4sq.m, raised ridge hight of 0.25m to 4.190m, new double doors to front & 2no. velux roof windows to side/east elevation.
