the amendments to Upperchurch Windfarm Electrical Substation authorised under An Bord Pleanála Ref. No. Pl.22.243040 and PA92.310171. The amendments consist of a) increase in size of the substation compound yard; b) change to the layout of electrical equipment in the substation compound yard; c) change in size, design and increase in height of the two control buildings and d) ancillary works. The application is accompanied by an Appropriate Assessment Report (stage 1 – screening) and screening for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report
