The proposed RCMF facility will include (i) a new five storey clinical manufacturing building (c.11,468sqm and maximum height 29.425m) which will include production areas, laboratories, ancillary office space, warehouse, and plant and utility space. This application relates to development which comprises an activity which holds an Industrial Emissions Directive Licence (P0013-04). As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies, information as specified in the third schedule of the Major Accident Regulations will be submitted with the application. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) have been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
