(1) The demolition of the existing Emerald and Inis Buildings. (2) the construction of a two storey research and development facility that includes laboratories, offices, training/meeting rooms, kitchen, canteen area, WCs, open courtyard, open plant area to rear at first floor level, storage areas, link at ground and first floor level to the existing research and development facility. (3) the existing canopy walkway to the rear of the O’Neill’s building to be demolished. (4) The retention of the existing lay-by. (5) The construction of a new 2.5m wide footpath and cedar clad boundary fence to the south and east of the building to match existing with sliding gates and pedestrian/turnstiles and the replacement of the existing chain link fence with new chain link fence to the northern boundary. (6) The construction of a new service yard and associated vehicular entrance to the east of the building, waste compound and gas bottle storage area. (7) The installation of roof top mounted plant, flues and 60m2 of photovoltaic solar panels. (8) the installation of a new bicycle stand, new road crossings a revised parking layout to the east of O’Neill’s Building and all associated site works.

(4) The construction of a new service yard & associated vehicular entrance to the east of the building, waste compound & gas botte storage area (5) The installation of roof top mounted plant, flues and 60m2 of photovoltaic solar panels (6) The installation of a bicycle stand, two new road-crossings and a revised parking layout to the east of O’Neill Building and all associated site works. (7) and are also applying for permission for retention of existing roadside lay-by. All at their plant at Little Island Business Park.
