(6) The construction of a new service yard and associated vehicular entrance to the east of the building, waste compound and gas bottle storage area. (7) The installation of roof top mounted plant, flues and 60m2 of photovoltaic solar panels. (8) the installation of a new bicycle stand, new road crossings a revised parking layout to the east of O’Neill’s Building and all associated site works.
