A residential development of 9no. dwellings at the site of the former 2-part 3-part 4 storey Sacred Heart Convent. The proposed development will consist of permission for 1). Demolition of existing ancillary structures (garages and glasshouse), and removal of parts of the existing boundary wall to facilitate 2no. new vehicular entrances; 2). The proposed development will consist of work to the Sacred Heart Convent, a Protected Structure (RPS No. 32), and is within the curtilage of the following Protected Structures: Covent Chapel (RPS No. 33) Former Orphanage (RPS No. 34) and Gate Lodge, (RPS No. 31).
