A residential development of 9no. dwellings at the site of the former 2-part 3-part 4 storey Sacred Heart Convent. The proposed development will consist of permission for 1). Demolition of existing ancillary structures (garages and glasshouse), and removal of parts of the existing boundary wall to facilitate 2no. new vehicular entrances; 2).
