Permission for amendments to development permitted under Ref No. 19/5869 for the 1st phase of a phased redevelopment and change of use of the former Coláiste Íosagáin Building which is now in disrepair in Sliabh Riabhach. The following are the proposed amendments to the previously approved development: 1.Partial Demolition of former Coláiste Iosagáin existing building (single storey structure to rear of former school building) 2.Minor alterations to the layout of the building previously permitted under 19/5869. 3. Construction of new three-storey extension which will include entrance lobby, lifts, stairs, bathrooms, passages, and machinery room to the rear of the existing main building for use as spaces ancillary to the office use permitted under 19/5869. 4. Construction of 2 no. above-ground fire-fighting water storage tanks 5. Construction of car parks, drainage, landscaping, signage, and all associated site works.
