The construction of a residential development of 64 no. residential units, a crèche, and associated site development works. The proposed development consists of the construction of 9 no. 4-bed detached dwelling houses, 26 no. 4-bed semi-detached dwelling houses, 1 no. 3-bed detached dwelling house, 16 no. 3-bed semi-detached/terraced dwelling houses, 6 no. 3-bed and 6 no. 1-bed apartment/duplex units contained in 3 no. 2/3 storey apartment blocks. Vehicular access to site will be via a new entrance from Convent Hill (L-2011) to the north and the entrance permitted under Cork County Council Reference 06/4528 from the Dunmanway Road (R586) to the south. The proposed development also includes 2 no. separate pedestrian access points from the Dunmanway Road connecting into the public footpath network. Infrastructure development works will comprise the diversion and/or undergrounding of 10 kV ESB powerlines, surface water attenuation, wastewater and water utility services. The proposed development also includes open space, landscaping, car parking spaces, bicycle racks, bin stores, public lighting and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development represents a change of plan from that previously permitted under Cork County Council Planning Reference 06/4528 (subsequently extended under references 14/4413 & 18/6604) and minor amendments to the internal road network of permitted Cork County Council Planning Reference 08/7515 (subsequently extended under references 14/4105 & 18/6460).

The proposed development is a change of plan from that previously permitted under Cork County Council Planning Reference 19/5749 and will result in the construction of an additional 25 no. residential units. Vehicular access to the proposed dwelling houses will be provided via an existing entrance from the Dunmanway Road (R586) to the south while access to the proposed apartment units will be provided via the entrance permitted under 19/5749 from Convent Hill (L-2011) to the north. The proposed development also includes separate pedestrian accesses from the Dunmanway Road connecting into the public footpath network

The proposed development consists of the construction of 20 no .3 bedroom townhouses and 22 no. 2 bedroom townhouses. The proposed development is a change of plan from that previously permitted by Pl.Ref.No. 19/5749 (as amended by Pl.Ref.No. 21/4026) and will result in the loss of 2 no. residential units from that currently permitted. Provision is made for a previously permitted pedestrian connection to the existing estate to the east. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via the entrance permitted by Pl.Reg.No. 19/5749 from Convent Hill (L-2011) to the north. The proposed internal road network will connect to the permitted development to the west which is accessed via the existing entrance from the Dunmanway Road (R586) to the South.

Access to the proposed development will be provided via the junction and internal road network from Convent Hill (L-2011) to the north as permitted under Cork County Council Planning Reference 08/7515 [as extended under Cork County Council Planning References 14/4105 & 18/6460].
