PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for development (343 sq.m) at nos. 9/9A Aungier Street, Dublin 2 which are protected structures (RPS ref. 295 & 296), Registered Monuments (NMS ref. DU018-384) and are located in the Aungier Street Conservation Area. A change of use from residential to office is sought for the ground floor entrance corridor, stairs and for all three floors above ground floor level. The development will consist of: the demolition of the existing single storey out buildings (4 sq.m approx.) at ground floor level, the removal of non-original timber stud wall partitioning, the removal of non-original brick infill to the existing fireplaces, the construction of a new flat roof storage area to the rear yard (6 sq.m), the removal of existing fill material in the basement rooms and repair works to the existing timber stud and brick panelled wall and a new access door to same.
