PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for development (343 sq.m) at nos. 9/9A Aungier Street, Dublin 2 which are protected structures (RPS ref. 295 & 296), Registered Monuments (NMS ref. DU018-384) and are located in the Aungier Street Conservation Area. A change of use from residential to office is sought for the ground floor entrance corridor, stairs and for all three floors above ground floor level.
