Extension of Duration of Planning Ref. 15/850 - The development will consist of a new four storey office building of approx 5,574 sq.m gross floor area(excluding plant) with a set back at fourth storey level ( and an external terraced area on all elevations) as well as open and enclosed plant (approx. 153 sq.m) at roof level. The overall height of the proposed office building (including plant) is approx. 17.8 m.
