We, Inchamore Wind Designated Activity Company, intend to apply for permission for development of this site at the townlands of Inchamore (na hInse Móire), Milleeny (na Millíní) and Derreenaling (an Doirín Álainn), in Co. Cork. The development will consist of an amendment to Condition No. 6 of Planning Permission Pl. Ref. 23/5145, ACP. Ref. PL04.319216 for Inchamore Wind Farm. Permission is being sought to amend Condition No. 6 by removal of the following part of the condition which states ‘The wind farm shall not give rise to amplitude modulation, tonal or impulsive noise at noise sensitive locations’.
