a proposed renewable energy development to construct a section of underground cabling connecting two parcels of the Permitted Delamain Solar Farm (Planning Reference 23/567/ ABP-318785) replacing a section of permitted cable, located in the townlands of Dunnstown and Harristown Co. Kildare. The development will consist of: • A c. 1.58km 33kV cross-country underground cable (UGC) with associated joint bays located within agricultural fields and private lands and a section crossing the L6044 local road. • All ancillary site works The planning application seeks a 10-year planning permission. This development is covered by the provisions of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive (EU) 2023/2413) and it is important to note that the planning application may be subject to section 34D of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended. When a notice issues in accordance with section 34D(b), the provisions of article 26A of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2025 shall apply.
