the erection of 10,634.64m2 or 1.27 MWp of photovoltaic panels on lands located southwest of our golf course, with all associates site works at Tizzard Holdings Unlimited Company, Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Course, Co. Limerick, V94 W8WR. The development will comprise of photovoltaic panels with ground mounted frames with all ancillary cabling and electrical infrastructure; 1 no. transformer cabin; using all temporary ways, temporary construction compound/set-down area. The development is situated within an Architectural Conservation Area. The Adare Manor House RPS Ref. 809, The Clubhouse RPS Ref. 819 and Estate Walled Gardens RPS Ref 821-823 are Protected Structures, however these records are not affecting the area of the solar panel’s installation. We will submit a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) to the Planning Authority in connection with the application. The NIS will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, during office hours at the offices of the Planning Authority
