The extension to the NIPBI building is to be built in 2 phases. Phase 1 will consist of ground floor offices with a floor area of 387.7sqm and a first floor plant room with a floor area of 96.5sqm and a maximum 5.88m in height above ground. Phase 2 will consist of ground floor offices with a floor area of 150sqm and a ground floor cafeteria of 74.5sqm and a maximum of 3.15m in height above ground. An extension to the Southern end of the existing surface level car park for an additional 40no. cars is included in this application. The development will include all associated on-site infrastructure.
