carry out development which will consist of the relocation of existing Pitch 1 northwards/north-eastwards and the associated relocation and provision of goalposts, dugouts, scoreboard, ball-stop netting of up to 15m in height, sideline protection netting of up to 6m in height and perimeter spectator fencing; the extension of the existing amenity/maintenance route around the relocated pitch; the removal of sections of existing fencing and approximately 128m of existing hawthorn hedgerow and the provision of replacement boundary fencing at 1.8m in height, approximately 110m of new hawthorn hedgerow and associated tree planting; the provision of landscaped earth mounding, including mounding of up to approximately 2.5m in height along the northern part of the site; the provision of a landscaped natural-timber playground incorporating play equipment not exceeding 4m in height, play mounds of up to approximately 3.5m in height, safety surfacing, a 1.2m high timber boundary fence, seating, bins and drinking-water provision; the provision of a reinforcedgrass overflow parking area with associated landscaping; surface-water drainage and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems infrastructure; and all associated earthworks, landscaping, services, boundary treatments and site-development works
